1. Acceptance of Terms
By authenticating into the Shiva Agrovet ERP Portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. This platform is strictly for internal employees, contracted distribution partners, and authorized vendors of Shiva Agrovet (India) Pvt Ltd.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this portal solely for the purpose of executing operational duties. Any attempt to reverse engineer, scrape datasets, overwhelm system resources, or spoof identity credentials will result in immediate termination and potential legal action under corporate intellectual property laws.
3. Limitation of Liability
The ERP System and its predictive models (including dynamic pricing and route generation) are provided "as is". Shiva Agrovet is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business continuity, or agricultural losses caused by unintended temporary portal downtimes.
